Visit to Santa

The girls have seen Santa in previous years but never wanted to approach him.  We have been talking about what happens when you visit Santa and finally Maura was ready.  Still very nervous (and very excited), we ventured to the Mall.

 Here she is writing her list to Santa which included "another stuffed animal and a dress with long sleeves."  (easy right!)

 Here she is placing the letter in Santa's mailbox...snow came out when she started to close the door.

Maggie finally joined us for a talk with Santa.  We never made it to his lap, but we did talk to him.  I can only imagine how cute they looked from a far.  Their hands clasped in front of them as they just bounced up and down.  They were so excited!  I loved being a part of it because I know my little girls will be grown up soon and telling me, "Mom I don't need your help."   Merry Christmas to All!
