This is our friend, "Bear". Well, it is actually Maura's "Bear". It has been 24 hours since we realized Bear was missing. I have ripped this house apart, searching in every possible corner. Maura is handling it well, but I am a wreck. Bear was a gift when Maura was born. It has been her special friend forever (well, 3.5 years). I thought I was going pass Bear onto my first grandchild and now, Bear is missing.We last had Bear yesterday on our first trip to the dentist. Bear got his teeth checked and everything. I seem to remember him being in the house around midday yesterday but it is a blur...my only hope is that Bear did not fall out of the car on our errands yesterday after the dentist.
My guess is that sister Maggie hid bear (as she often does to torment Maura)...say a little prayer that Bear is safe in this house and that I am going to hide him soon....WHERE ARE YOU BEAR?
Maybe he went out for a burrito after having his teeth cleaned. ;-)
